these are the sketches of the boy outfit for each scene the ideas of the sketches came from outfits from other music videos.

these are the sketches for the girls outfit for each scene. I got these ideas from different music videos as well that i thought would match what the girl is actually like.

These are all of the sketches that have drawn for possible location that I will be doing my filming at. The first drawing is of the engagment scene where they are standing next to wall with lots of scenery behind them.

This is the scene where they are standing just outside a house when going to meet the father.

This is at the water fall it is the first date. there is a wall with the background of the river and the waterfall.

This is the arguement scene they are walking in a forest so the scenery is of trees and greenery.

this is the church scene where they are getting married the majority of the shot is of the girl and not the actual church though.

This is the bench where the boy and girl first meet, this is in a park which also is very natural.

This is the front room of the house half of the shots in the music video are held here. there are lots of different places that she sits in this location

treatment for music video

My music video starts in a home setting. She is sat looking outside sat in the window ledge, she gets up and picks up something off the floor and puts it on the couch arm. Then she puffs up and pillow and turns, walks a few steps and sits on the couch and opens up the photo album. The shot changes and she is singing while looking at the photo album, she lifts up her head and starts singing to the camera. Then a shot of the boy just laughing and smiling appears for a few seconds the goes back to the girl singing at the camera. A photo appears and the camera zooms into it. The scene changes into a flash back and the girl is sat on a bench alone on her phone, the boy walks into the frame and sits on the bench with her. She looks at him, he looks at her and then they look at each other at the same time smile, shake hands and start talking. The shot changes to the girl sat back in the window singing holding the photo album, she then looks outside the window. The shot then shows the next image and zooms into that and the flash back occurs. The boy and girl walk into the shot holding hands and walk towards the wall, they look at the waterfall and talk about it. They then turned and looked at each other holding both hands and lean in for a kiss. the scene fades and the girl is now singing standing singing while looking at the book she looks up and the image changes and the image of a picture appears and the camera zooms in. the shot is of the house now and it slowing shows the size of it, angle changes and the girl and boy walk from the car, they stop and the girl sorts the boys colour out. They continue walking and then there is a shot of the girls arm knocking on the door. The shot changes and it’s the back of the father’s body the 'father' and girl are talking and smiling and then the girl introduces the boy. The 'father' and the boy shake hands, it fades out and the image of the side of the girl appears and she is singing to the photo album. She looks up and singing to the camera. Another image appears and the scene fades in. the boy and girl are standing looking at the scenery with the backs to the camera. The boy gets down on one knee and opens the box presenting the engagement ring. She turns at this point and looks very happily at the boy; there is a quick close up of her face looking very happy and shocked. The scene changes back and the boy and girl hug; there is a close up of the hands as he puts the wedding ring on her finger. The scene fades and the girl is now sat on the couch, the camera moves slowly up from the photo album to her face to where at that point she looks at the camera and is singing to it. It shows the photo of a church door and the scene fades into it and slowly moves up the building. The shot changes to a side shot of the top half of the girl walking towards the church, it then shows a front view of her walking and back to the side view of her even closer to the church. There is another close up of the hands as the boy put the wedding ring on the girl’s finger. The boy and girl both walk out of the church happy and holding hands leaves are thrown as confetti as they reach the gates. The scene fades and the shot is a long shot of the girl sat on the couch looking at the photo album she looks up at the camera as it zooms into her face and the shot changes to looking at the photo album and her turning the final pictures. It gets to the last picture and the shot the moves and looks at her feet as she steps closer to the camera. The camera slowly moves up her body as she is holding the photo album and reached her face and she is lip singing to the camera. the scene fades and the image of outdoors appears, the boy and girl walk in holding hands, she lets go of his hand and pushes his away, there is a long shot of her shouting then a shot behind the boys head of her shout at the boy and being angry. It then changes to behind the girls head and the boy is shouting and being angry. The girl gets upset and throws the ring down on the ground and walks away. There is a shot of the ring beside the boy’s feet as he picks the ring up and of his face looking at the ring very sadly. The scene changes and this time the shot is taken outside looking at the girl singing through the glass looking at the photo album. The all the shot are slowed down and the girl gets up from her seat in the window and moves to go and sit down on the couch. The shot shows her flicking through the empty pages of the photo album of what could have been. Then it shows her face, she closes the book and gets up. She looks at the camera so you can see that she has been crying with makeup running down her face and she places the photo album on the window ledge and walks away. The camera moves closer to the photo album and you can faintly see that it says memories on the photo album and then the video ends.

My Music Video with edits

I have acted upon the comments that were given to me on my first music video, this mainly is about the first scene and how long it is and also random flashes that have occured due to bad lighting.This is my offical music video that is playing to the song of A Thousand Years by Christinia Perri.

potential target audience

I have created a survey on survey monkey which contains 10 questions. I have asked 5 very different people to fill in the survey for me so i could have a wide range of responses to find out who excatly would be my target auidence by finding out wht kind of music different people actually like. the images below are all of teh responses put into different formats such as differnet types of charts and tables so it can be easily analysised. my potential target audeinces seems to be females aged 16 to 20 who enjoy music videos and their favourite genre of music is pop. they may not of heard or seen Christina Perri but their type of music taste makes them seem as though they could be a potetial auidence.

My music video- first draft

This is my offical music video my first draft that i have created. Below the music video is auidence feed back that i got from my peers. I have typed them out as the written version isnt very visable.
